How It Works

1) Clarify

BRAND QUESTIONNAIRE The first 3rd of our process is rooted in research. Once you’re onboarded to Dubsado, you’ll have access to our Brand Questionnaire to give us context like mission, vision, ideal client, brand aesthetics, and market positioning.

STRATEGY REVIEW CALL As soon as your answers are filled out, we will discuss the brand direction over a Strategy Call to look critically at your competitors, inspiration, and ask any clarifying questions about your brand.

PINTEREST BOARD Based on your questionnaire, we’ll create a Pinterest board to be sure we are on the same page with aesthetics.

WEB AUDIT We will go over what you need in your website and do an audit of your current website to see what isn’t working and chat about tangible goals.

*ASSET AUDIT If you’re rebranding, we’ll want to make a complete list of all your brand assets so that you’ve got all the bases covered with your new brand design by the end of the process.

2) Conceptualize

MOODBOARD The moodboard sets the tone of the brand vibe and colors. Moodboards are always created with royalty free stock images so you can use the moodboard in your own marketing.

BRAND DESIGN PITCH PRESENTATION Based on the comprehensive research from the Clarify Phase, we’ll send you a video presentation of what we believe is the best solution for your brand design needs. Brand Design Pitch Presentations will start with a review of the brand adjectives, moodboard and color palette, then reveal the logo design(s), fonts, and brand mock ups to really bring the idea to life.

BRAND DESIGN PRESENTATION REVIEW CALL After you’ve had time to take in the brand design, we will review the concept together, discuss edits or adjustments, and make a game plan for the outstanding brand elements.

WEB DESIGN After we go through the edits, we will move onto the web portion of the design process. We got through and thoroughly create a wireframe of the site. A first draft is then presented in a password protected site.

3) Launch

EXPORT & UPLOAD Once the design aspects are finalized, we’ll export, upload and organize all your branding elements into Google Drive & Canva for you.
